Order Processing Time
All of our products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it typically takes 2 to 5 business days to process, print, and prepare your items for shipment.
Please note that processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods such as holidays or promotions.
Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times depend on your location and the destination country. Here are general estimates:
- United States: 4–9 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 5–12 business days
- Rest of World: 7–20 business days
These are only estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to local postal service delays, customs, or unforeseen events.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update after shipment.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We strive to keep shipping affordable while ensuring reliable delivery.
Incorrect Addresses
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address during checkout. If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, and the package is returned or lost, we are not responsible for replacement or refund.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@virtuetale.com. If your order hasn’t started production yet, we may be able to correct it in time.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your tracking number shows no updates for more than 10 business days, please reach out to us so we can investigate. We will do our best to assist with replacements or resolution when possible.
