Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with it. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, please contact us at support@virtuetale.com. We’ll do our best to work with you to make the situation right.

How We Proceed

Clients can request to preview their order before it is printed. If no preview is requested, we will design, print, and ship the order.

If a preview is requested (or in some special cases/requests), we will send a preview mockup within the next 24-48 hours (this may take longer during holidays) and wait for your approval.

After 24 hours, a reminder will be sent to the client. If we do not receive an answer within the next 24 hours after the second email, we reserve the right to print and ship the item(s).

Cancellation and Return

Please be advised that our products are customized after purchase. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, you can do so within the next 12 hours. After that, the order will have already been processed.

A $20 design fee will be deducted before refunding your money if the item(s) have not yet been shipped. Unfortunately, if the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel or return your order.

We may also charge design fees if the client requests to change the picture after we have started working on it.

Defect or Damage

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us and provide a photo or short video proving and explaining the problem. VirtueTale will send you a replacement and provide instructions on how to deal with the damaged item.
